The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.

Domestic Shipping


Orders over $49.99 ship FREE! (United States Addresses Only)
Orders $69.99 and over shipping to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and Puerto Rico addresses qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer. Orders $99.95 and over shipping to Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands addresses qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer. Hawaii, Alaska not included in free Standard Shipping offer. Offer excludes gift cards and certain oversized and hazardous items.  All orders being shipped to a Cycle Gear store for in-store pick-up also qualify for free shipping. We utilize multiple shipping carriers including FedEx, USPS, and OnTrac. Unless otherwise noted, orders under $49.99 will ship for a flat rate of $7.99 with our standard shipping.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may ship with FedEx or the United States Postal Service. We offer both air and ground shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Air orders are expected to deliver in 2-4 days after shipment. Ground orders should deliver in 1-2 weeks after shipment, with longer times for outlying locations. Note that Ground orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico could ship via a plane or a boat and exact days in transit are not promised.

All U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, will ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders shipping to all U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, cannot be expedited. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order for all orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. Part of that means that we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. To help make this possible, we have multiple fulfillment centers throughout the country. All items will be listed with an availability message indicating lead time prior to shipment. Most items will ship same or next business day, but we do offer items that must be special ordered from our vendors as well, and lead time may be affected.

Availability Notifications
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock! Ships within 24 hours" and these products will ship within 24 hours.

If an item shows as "Available! Ships in 1-3 business days" and you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times!  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac as a carrier. 

Expedited Shipping
Cycle Gear does not stock all items. Some items come from a vendor or one of our stores. In such scenarios, your items will be shipped with the expedited service selected as soon as they arrive at one of our warehouses. If you have questions about expedited shipping or need your items quickly, please give our team a call at 1-800-292-5343 for assistance. We do not offer expedited shipping outside the lower 48 United States.

Shipping Method Explanation
Our fulfillment centers process and ship orders 7 days a week, excluding holidays. For items shipping directly from vendors, processing occurs Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. This is reflected in an item's processing timeline which is noted throughout the shopping experience. Our order processing cut-off time is 3 PM ET. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at 1-800-292-5343 or 1-215-791-6460 or message us via Chat before placing an order.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands

Shipping Costs for APO/FPO and PO Boxes:
  • Orders of $69.99 and over will qualify for free shipping
  • Orders of less than $69.99 will ship for a $7.99 flat rate
Shipping Costs for Alaska & Hawaii:
  • Air shipment fee is $75.
  • Ground orders of $49.99 and over will qualify for free shipping.
  • Ground orders of less than $49.99 will ship for a $35 flat rate.
Shipping Costs for Puerto Rico:
  • Air shipment fee is $75.
  • Ground orders of $69.99 and over will qualify for free shipping
  • Ground orders of less than $69.99 will ship for a $7.99 flat rate
Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands Shipping Costs:
  • Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
  • Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $25 flat rate
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands addresses may experience additional lead time. This may occur as a result of the required use of a specific shipping method or carrier which is not always available to all of our warehouses at this time.

Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.  Cycle Gear reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help returning the order.

Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Tires
We are currently shipping tires to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground shipping. Tires going to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will ship via Air shipping, for a fee.

Oversize Items
Oversize items will ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Oversize items will ship with Ground methods, with the exception of destinations in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping via Air methods. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.

International Shipping


International Orders
To place an international order, please add the items you are interested into your shopping cart and utilize our Standard Checkout to place your order. Shipping costs and timeline will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

  • Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

  • International Orders may require 7-10 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

  • When "Fast International Shipping" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. The typical transit time will be 7-10 business days.

  • Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include all:

    • Batteries

    • Bodywork

    • Exhausts

    • Oversize luggage

    • Stands

    • Windshields

  • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any FedEx store for pickup.

  • We are presently shipping to the following countries and are working hard to expand this list further quickly: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Returns / Exchanges

  • The customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.

  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Cycle Gear upon delivery will be rejected.

Warranty
For warranty claims please contact Cycle Gear Customer Service. While Cycle Gear will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.


Proposition 65 Warning
At Cycle Gear, we take rider safety seriously. Informing fellow riders how certain products may impact their health is part of that. The Proposition 65 warning, officially named the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, is a label notification required by law on all products that contain materials or chemicals known to the state of California as something that may cause cancer or reproductive harm. The act was passed into law in 1986 by the state of California and has since widened its scope to include more than 800 chemicals and substances.
